We also specialize in tile removal. Tile removal can be a messy, dirty process without the proper equipment and knowledge. We have a special process for tile removal and thinset removal, which virtually eliminates any dust! Unfortunately, many others still do it in the usual messy, dusty fashion, leaving your whole house covered in fine dust.

The picture to the left, is a very special piece of equipment in our arsenal of floor preparation equipment. The is a self propelled stripper, and we use this piece of equipment to quickly, efficiently, and in a clean manner, make tile removal possible. This piece of equipment alone costs over $12,500.00.
Besides the self propelled stripper, we also have the PB-1250 industrial vacuum that we use for tile removal, scarifying concrete, removing thin set, paint, sealers, and other contaminants from the subfloor. This vacuum alone costs nearly $4000.00! It takes on the dirtiest environments without ever clogging the filters.

The patented filtration system is able to maintain lift and suction from start to finish. Unlike today's standard "shop vac," which begins to lose suction once the filter becomes faced with debris (which is about 5 minutes of grinding), CDCLarue Pulse-Bac vacuums automatically and continually flushes dust and debris off the filter, preventing them from becoming faced with debris and clogging. Pulse-Bac Technology works by flushing the filters clear every 15 seconds using only ambient air and vacuum, no blowers, compressors, shakers, or buttons to push. This way there is absolutely no down time, which means the tile removal process is completed quicker, and is less costly.
So how does this vacuum benefit you as a homeowner?
