In the video below we begin by showing how dust free we can remove tile using our patent pending DustRam™ attached to Bosch chipping hammers.  The video moves to removing thinset using (2) CDCLarue PB-1250 Industrial Vacuum Systems attached to a 230 volt Modified Edco 10" TG-10 Turbo Grinder with dual exhaust ports, all modified by DustRam, LLC.  These modifications include a high quality professional leveling system, which allows us fine tune the grinder and mount any thickness blade.  Watch the extreme speed in which the concrete grinder tears through the thinset.  Though this is not the typical speed that most thinset removals take place, it without a doubt attests to how well the CDCLarue PB-1250 vacuums operate under extreme conditions.  This PSI hardness of this particular concrete was on the very soft side of hardness and the thinset had very little latex modification.  Added to this scenario was a PCD Type-A blade we used on the machine to remove the thinset.  This combination of extra soft concrete, extra soft thinset, and a highly aggressive blade was the perfect storm for any potential and harmful dust to escape, yet the air stays super clear.  All thanks to CDCLarue's patented Puls-bac technology, where the filters self clean themselves about every 15 seconds while running, and with no loss of suction.  This a seriously powerful industrial vacuum system!
