Our Answer: We’ve been installing floors (tile, stone, hard-wood, laminate and carpet) in the Valley for 30
years, and we are licensed (#61586), bonded and insured.
4) Do you guarantee your work?
Our Answer: Our guarantee is good as long as you own your home (with manufacter's recommended specifications for subfloor preparation).
5) Can you do very narrow grout joints? Diagonal layouts? Inlaid designs? Professional transitions from one type of flooring to another?
Our Answer: Yes—we can do all those things and much more.
6) Do you provide detailed estimates?
Our Answer: Yes—we break down the costs so you can choose exactly what work you want done. No
“surprises” halfway through the project.
7) Do you do subfloor preparation? Can you guarantee that my subfloor will be leveled to the flooring manufacturer’s specifications? Yes.
Our Answer: We do the grinding and leveling ourselves (therefore no delay), and it’s nearly dust-free. We have equipment and methods most competitors won't have, or have knowledge of.
8) Will I be living in the middle of a construction zone? Will the whole house be full of dirt and dust?
Our Answer: No. We clean up the work area daily, and our dust control procedures keep the rest of your
house clean. You will be amazed at our methods of removal, and how we mitigate the possibility of dust.
9) Do all of your installers speak English? Do you arrive on time on the days you work in my home? Will my job be finished on time?
Our Answer: Yes, yes, and yes. If we will be more than 15 minutes late, we will call and let you know. Always! I can't even remember the last time we finished a project late.
10) What about extra services? Do you move furniture, remove/replace baseboards, deliver flooring material, install protective pads on furniture?
