Inside Phone Sales/ Office Manager in Tempe, AZ

Arizona Home Floors, LLC is looking for someone to support their General Administration team, primarily with the Inside Sales and Customer support of their Dust Free Tile Removal Services.  Some light accounting tasks may also be required.  Knowledge of the Flooring Industry and General Construction experience is helpful.

Your Role

You will provide customer support and administrative support to the inside sales team and office management. You will report directly to Nick Giamarrino the General Manager but work extensively with the administrative team, including Jack King the President.  Providing consistent support via email and phone calls to support the Inside Sales team.

POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Inside Sales with CRM support adding accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, quotes, and NDA.
  • Answer phones, talk with prospective new clients
  • Provide excellent and patient customer service support
  • Close sales and write Estimates & Contracts in Excel (Excel template provided by Arizona Home Floors)
  • Anticipate the needs of clients and ensure all projects run smoothly
  • Keep the online calendar updated and accurate
  • Any other duties as assigned by Management

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

  • College degree preferred but not required
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Sales experience required
  • HR experience preferred
  • Problem solver, results oriented
  • Resourceful
  • Self-starter willing to own the day to day needs of the Company
  • Solution-driven
  • The desire to develop and care for team members and customers
  • Strong relationship builder with the ability to motivate

  • Ability to type 50 WPM minimum
  • Experience in CRM software a plus

  • Driven, goal oriented, completes tasks to best of ability
